Dr. Clinton Drake Jacobs is originally from Pembroke, NC. He has been married to his beautiful wife Cassandra, for 24 years and they have 3 awesome kids, Tyler (17), Julia (11), and Sarah Grace (5). Dr. Jacobs loves Chiropractic and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been practicing in and around the Columbia area for 13 years. Dr. Jacobs has been in the US Air Force Reserves for over 29 years. He enjoys helping people get rid of pain and embrace a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys running, sports, F3 workouts, going to church, and spending as much time with family as possible.
